The kids had a turkey trot today after school. As parents, we went and walked almost home with them, and then back to school. It was a way to raise awareness for parents and the community. The road that the kids walk on has no sidewalk, and the drivers are not always watching closely. We are hoping to get a grant for a sidewalk. My kids don’t walk home, but I am always so nervous for those who do.

I hope the city gets that grant. Isaac's shirt is crackin' me up! He looks so stinkin' cute...and big. He is growing up!
